Registration for 2027 begins October 15, 2026. |
Registration is open from October 15th, 2026 until December 4th, 2026.
If there is still space and you want to register after the deadline, there will be an additional $30 fee assessed per registrant.
Cost (includes lodging, 3 meals per day, and conference fees):
Staff - Full payment is due November 15th.

- $370/commuter
- $350/child ages 3-12
- $385/child ages 13-17
- 2 and under are free
- $415/student
and non-refundable deposit of $115 is due or postmarked by Dec. 4th for student attendees.
Any remaining balance due will need to be paid by check when you arrive on January 2nd.

Housing:
We have reserved rooms at Glen Eyrie near Colorado Springs. Each room has a private bathroom and sleeps up to five people.
REGISTRATION and CHECK-IN:
First: Get the password to access the registration form by contacting the FCD office (contact info below).
Second: Register and pay for yourself in accordance with the provided instructions.
Third: When you arrive at the conference, please check-in with Julie Gueswel to pay your remaining balance.
